01 – INITIAL PHASE

We take care of your project from start to finish: from the initial sketch to the handover of the keys, coordinating the design, planning permission and construction work without you having to deal with different suppliers separately. 02 – PROJECT
Complete architectural design
We develop the project from scratch, tailoring it to your needs, the plot and your budget. We work with you on every design decision, from the layout of the spaces to the choice of materials and finishes, to ensure the final result is true to what you envisaged from the outset.
03 – ADMINISTRATIVE PROCEDURES
Processing of licences and permits
We handle all the administrative procedures with the relevant authorities: planning permission, progress reports, certificates and any other formalities required to ensure your project can be carried out without delays or legal complications.
04 – CONSTRUCTION WORK
Construction management
We supervise the construction work from start to finish, ensuring that it complies with the approved plans, the agreed deadlines and current regulations. We carry out regular site visits and resolve any technical issues that arise during construction.
05 – TRADE UNIONS
Coordination with manufacturers and suppliers
We manage our relationships with building contractors, fitters and suppliers of building materials, ensuring that each trade carries out its work in the correct order and at the right time, so that you don’t have to coordinate the various tradespeople yourself.
06 – DELIVERY
Tracking right through to final delivery
We see the project through to the very last detail: final inspection, resolution of any outstanding issues and handover of all the necessary documentation (final completion certificate, first-occupancy licence, etc.) so that you can enjoy your project without any outstanding formalities.
