Expert reports
We draw up expert reports on construction defects, damage, breaches of contract or disputes, with the technical rigour required for use in judicial or extrajudicial proceedings. An objective analysis when a conflict or technical issue arises.

Technical inspection of the property
We carry out a thorough inspection of the property or affected item, accurately documenting its current condition, any visible damage and any evidence relevant to the case, using photographs and technical measurements.
02 – DIAGNOSIS
Analysis of causes and pathologies
We investigate the technical root cause of the problem — damp, cracks, construction defects, deviations from the design — by identifying the actual causes using objective technical criteria, not assumptions.
03 – REPORTS
Signed and countersigned expert report
We draw up a comprehensive expert report, signed and endorsed by the relevant professional body, which is technically and legally valid for submission to any organisation or in any proceedings.
04 – COURT
Availability for judicial ratification
Should the proceedings so require, we are available to confirm the expert report before the relevant court, providing technical support for the report’s conclusions where necessary.
