01 – DATA COLLECTION
Technical inspection of the property
A technician will visit your home to gather all the necessary information: floor area, orientation, type of building envelope, and heating, ventilation and air-conditioning (HVAC) and hot water systems. This brief and non-intrusive visit forms the basis for an accurate calculation of the energy rating.
02 – CALCULATION
Calculation of the energy rating
Using the data collected, we carry out the calculation using the official software recognised by the Ministry, obtaining an energy efficiency rating (from A to G) that reflects the property’s actual energy consumption.
03 – IMPROVEMENTS
Recommendations for improvement
The certificate always includes a section setting out specific measures to improve the property’s energy efficiency — ranging from simple, cost-effective changes to more comprehensive improvements, depending on the circumstances.
04 – DELIVERY
Official registration of the certificate
Once issued, we register the certificate with the relevant authority in your autonomous community and provide you with the validated official document, ready for use when selling or letting the property.
